Changes to bus stop usage at the rail station

Changes to bus stop usage at the rail station

It looks as if there were some changes to which services use which bus stops at the rail station early last week. For example, the southbound 7|City service to Sawston and beyond now goes from Stop 2 not Stop 3. The signs at the stops had still to be updated yesterday though the real time bus displays seemed to be right and there were some temporary notices. Stagecoach's on-line timetable seems to have been updated.

Unfortunately this change doesn't seem to have made it to the Traveline National Dataset from which we derive timetables for our various web pages and the SmartPanels, so we are currently showing some incorrect stop information. So for example are the timetables linked from the County Council web site.

We are doing what we can to get the central timetables updated.

Here's an announcement by Stagecoach's about the change, with additional details. This announcement implies the new arrangements may be temporary and might revert at the end of March.
