apologies for the slow response - we're quietly in the twilight zone where our LoraWAN equipment provider (EveryNet) has unilaterally disabled V1 of their network and moved to an incompatible V2. We've migrated our base stations but have not yet re-written our 'end-user' console to support EveryNet's V2 API.
Realistically at the moment you have 2 choices:
- contact us directly (info @@@ smartcambridge.org) we can add the device directly through our EveryNet V2 system management console
- consider using The Things Network (which has a couple of of base stations in the area and we'considering adding more)
Again, apologies, but the LPWAN industry is best described as the Wild West at the moment.
